Do you handle shipping and customs?

Yes. Freight, documentation and customs clearance to the venue are part of the turnkey scope — you receive a built stand, not a crate.

Will someone from your team be on site?

Always. A supervisor who knows your build runs the installation and stays reachable through the show.

Can we reuse the stand at another show?

Yes — tell us at the briefing stage and we design it to be reconfigured, then store it between events.

Global Reach

Exhibition Stand Design & Booth Contractor in Dubai

Trio Exhibitions designs, builds and installs custom exhibition stands across Dubai and the wider UAE, supported by our own Dubai office in Al Quoz.

From Arab Lab to Med Lab, we handle design, fabrication, freight, on-site installation and dismantle as a single turnkey contract.

What we handle in Dubai

We take the full scope so you are not managing vendors in a city you do not operate in: design, fabrication, freight, customs, installation, show support and dismantle.

3D design and floor planning around your stand size and hall position
Fabrication in our own Mumbai facility, fully mocked up before dispatch
Freight, customs paperwork and delivery to the venue
On-site installation and a supervisor through build-up
Furniture, graphics, lighting and AV
Dismantle, plus storage or reuse planning for the next show

Venues and shows we build for

We build at Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo Centre Sharjah and the Dubai Exhibition Centre, covering shows such as Arab Lab, Med Lab, Gulfood, Big 5 and Arab Health. Each venue has its own height limits, rigging rules and build-up windows, and we submit to them on your behalf.

How the stand actually gets there

Stands are fabricated and mocked up in Mumbai, then shipped by sea or air depending on your timeline. Sea freight to Jebel Ali is the economical route and needs roughly three weeks; air is available when a show date moves. We handle the documentation and clearance either way.

Local execution, Indian rates

Our Dubai office in Al Quoz handles on-site execution, so installation is run by people already in the city. You get UAE-standard delivery without paying UAE fabrication rates — which for most exhibitors is the single biggest line-item saving available.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Eight to ten weeks is comfortable: six for design and build, three for sea freight, with margin for customs. We have turned stands around faster using air freight when a show date moved.
