Exhibition Stand Design & Booth Contractor in Germany
Germany hosts the world’s largest trade fairs, and we build stands for exhibitors across its major fairgrounds, supported by our Europe office in Poznań.
We cover design, fabrication, freight, installation and dismantle, working to German venue regulations and build schedules.
What we handle in Germany
We take the full scope so you are not managing vendors in a city you do not operate in: design, fabrication, freight, customs, installation, show support and dismantle.
- 3D design and floor planning around your stand size and hall position
- Fabrication in our own Mumbai facility, fully mocked up before dispatch
- Freight, customs paperwork and delivery to the venue
- On-site installation and a supervisor through build-up
- Furniture, graphics, lighting and AV
- Dismantle, plus storage or reuse planning for the next show

Venues and shows we build for
Germany hosts the largest trade fairs in the world — Hannover Messe, Messe Frankfurt, Messe München, Koelnmesse and Messe Düsseldorf. German fairgrounds enforce stricter structural, electrical and fire regulations than most markets, and submissions are reviewed properly rather than rubber-stamped, so drawings and certification are prepared well ahead of build-up.

How the stand actually gets there
Sea freight from Nhava Sheva to Hamburg or Rotterdam runs four to five weeks, so German shows need the longest lead time we quote. Where the calendar is tight we build through European partners using drawings produced in Mumbai.
Local execution, Indian rates
Our Europe office in Poznań, Poland coordinates installation, labour and venue compliance across the German fairgrounds. Producing in India and finishing in Europe is what keeps a German-standard stand inside a realistic budget.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Twelve to fourteen weeks. German fairs combine long sea freight with strict approval submissions, so the lead time is genuinely longer than other markets — booking late usually means paying for air freight.
